SUEZ Water - Water Technologies & Water

                    Update on COVID-19

                    To our customers and partners:

As the world continues to face this unprecedented global pandemic, our first priority at SUEZ – Water Technologies & Solutions is to keep our employees safe and healthy, while we ensure that you do not suffer any service disruptions that would adversely impact your operations.?As a company, we have taken a number of steps to ensure that we meet these objectives—and we continue to revisit our action plans as the situation evolves.

SUEZ – Water Technologies and Solutions has comprehensive crisis management and business continuity plans (BCP) that cover multiple scenarios throughout our own business as well as through our supply chain. Our plans include dedicated team members and specific processes that are implemented at our sites to protect employee health while maintaining our ability to continue operations and meet customer expectations. These plans include communications; containment; travel guidance; continuity of operations; environment, health and safety; and medical aspects that address any foreseeable circumstance that may arise at our sites or offsite locations where our employees may be working.?

Over the past several weeks, we have activated our crisis management and business continuity plans at all levels (Group, business unit, regional, country level and site specific). We have a crisis management team in place that monitors the situation globally. We have taken the early lessons learned from our operations in China and adapted these to other regions, countries and sites as appropriate. We have daily country and site-specific situation reports to track what is occurring, including understanding local regulatory requirements.

One of our priorities is the stability of our supply chain, as we know that you count on us to deliver products and services that in many cases are critical to your own business continuity. We have taken specific steps to safeguard our manufacturing facilities and other major sites, including:

                    • Implementing strict travel, visitor and meeting restrictions
                    • Sending home all non-essential workers and segregating teams to ensure that business-critical crews to do not come into contact with one another
                    • Enforcing 14-day quarantines for any employees who have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to the virus
                    • Conducting a thorough risk analysis of our global supply chain and logistics and identifying where we need alternate suppliers, alternate products and/or where we need to maintain emergency inventory

We are working with our customers to understand individual companies’ needs during this time, and how we can best continue to support you under these unusual circumstances. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your account representative or customer care.

                    Best regards,
